Blood pressure measured at the clinic, and blood sugar read from a blood sample.
Fever on the island
If you come in with a fever, the doctor can add blood tests such as dengue where it fits your symptoms.

You are examined before anything is sent to the lab, so only the tests that answer your question are run.
Results come back quickly
Many routine results are back the same day. The doctor tells you what to expect for the test you are having.

Blood can also be taken at your hotel or villa on an out-call visit, and the results follow the same way.

Do I need to fast before a blood test?
For some tests, yes. Tell us which test you need and we will let you know what to do before you come in.
Can I bring results from another clinic or hospital?
Yes. Bring them with you and the doctor will read them alongside anything new.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk in during opening hours.
Can the doctor come to my accommodation?
Yes. We arrange out-call visits across Koh Phangan daily on request.
